Privacy Policy
Evergreen Viral Media ("we", "us") turns a creator's existing videos into an evergreen long-form video and Shorts. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website evergreenviralmedia.com and the app at app.evergreenviralmedia.com, why, where it is kept, and how to have it deleted. The service is operated by Eat.Read.Love. Inc., doing business as Evergreen Viral Media, 2029 Verdugo Blvd, Montrose, CA 91020.
What we collect

How your videos are processed
Your videos are processed on computers we run for Evergreen Viral Media: our own machines and servers we rent in the United States. Speech is transcribed and the AI that chooses moments and writes titles runs on those computers. We do not send your videos, their audio or their transcripts to an outside AI service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising. We share only what each provider needs to run the service:
- Email delivery (Resend): your email address and the message, to send sign-in links and "your video is ready" notices.
- Hosting and network (DigitalOcean and Tailscale): carry your connection between your browser and our computers.
- Payments (our store on Shopify): your name, email, billing address and payment details when you buy a plan or top-up. Shopify processes the payment; we receive the order (what you bought, when, and the total), never your full card number.
- Google / YouTube, TikTok and Instagram (Meta): only if you connect your account, and only to do what you ask (see below).
- Anyone you send a share link to can view that one project until the link closes.
- If the law requires it, or to protect the service and its users.
YouTube API Services and Google user data
TikTok and Instagram work the same way: after you connect and approve, we post only the videos you choose, with the caption and settings you pick, and read basic numbers for those posts. Their sign-in tokens stay on our server, are never sent to your browser, and are deleted when you disconnect or delete your account. TikTok's and Meta's own terms and privacy policies apply to your accounts there.
Evergreen Viral Media uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies.
- What we access: after you sign in with Google and approve, we upload the videos you choose to your channel, set their title, description and publish time, read your channel's name and video list so we can show what was posted, and read basic analytics (views, watch time) for the videos we posted.
- How we use it: only to post what you approve and to show you how it did. You approve every post.
- How we store it: your Google sign-in token is kept on our server only and is never sent to your browser or anyone else. We keep a record of what we posted (video ID, title, time).
- Limited Use: Evergreen Viral Media's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- Revoking access: disconnect in the app, or remove our access at any time at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete your token at once, and the posting record within 30 days.
How long we keep information
- Your videos and everything made from them: 14 days after the video is finished, then removed. You can remove a project sooner in the app.
- Share links: close after at most 7 days, or sooner if you turn them off.
- Your account and brand kit: until you delete your account.
- Plan and order records: what you bought and when, while your account exists. Our store keeps its own order records as the law requires for accounting.
- Activity log: 6 months, then deleted.
Your choices and rights
You can remove any project in the app. Under Your account you can download your data (one file with your account details, setup choices, brand kit, projects list, posted links and activity) and delete your account: your connected platforms are disconnected at once, and your videos, brand kit and records are removed from our computer within 30 days. You can also email info@evergreenviralmedia.com to get a copy, correct or delete your information; we answer within 30 days. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising.
Children
The service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Share links are stored only as a one-way fingerprint, so they can't be rebuilt from our files. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you think your account was misused.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email when the change matters.
